SGT. Keith Harris with the 82nd. James A Merritt came to our door and it was like a shinning bright light. We were moving into our new home and the ac was not working. It was getting pretty hot and especially for my wife son and newborn. He came in time right when we thought we’d have to spend more money on a hotel. Asked me what the issue was and he got right on it. Did his thing and I heard the system kick on and blew fresh cool air. Even checked to make sure the coolant was ok. Gave me the thumbs up that everything was working fine. This man saved the day and did it with the best attitude.
